Policies/Aftercare
Booking
Please book via online booking or text/DM us with the following information when enquiring / booking:
Your name
Service menu
Preferred day & time (a few options if possible)
Your contact number
We will get back to you within 24-48 hours from your contact and usually much faster. We cannot answer the phone during service appointments to other customers, so please understand that communicating via messages would be preferable for efficient response. $20 deposit (non-refundable) is required for new clients to secure your spot. Your booking will not be completed until the deposit has been paid. You can pay the difference of your booked service at your appointment.
All deposits are non- refundable. Any cancellations/no show within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Prior to Arrival
Please come to your lash appointment without any eye makeup or mascara. If you arrive wearing eye makeup and mascara, we will need to spend time to clean your lashes first. This means less time for application. As a result, you may not achieve the best look that we could offer and may cause the poor retention due to the remained dirt and oils. Clean lashes = More lash time!
Appointment Times
Please arrive a few minutes early for your initial appointment as we require all new clients to complete a short form.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you risk having your appointment application time reduced. If your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
No Children/Extra Guests
Please do not bring any children/guests to your appointment. Your eyes will be closed the entire time so children cannot be supervised. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for the safety of you and your children. We would love to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
We require a 24 hours Rescheduling / Cancellation notice for all appointments. All cancellation within 24 hours will incur a charge of $20 cancellation fee. Not showing up (no show) will result in 100% of the scheduled service fee being charged. A no show will result in no future appointments able to be booked until you complete payment in full of the scheduled service fee.
Aftercare
-Eyelash Extensions
Avoid wetting your lashes the first 24 hours to let the glue bond properly.
After the first 24 hours you need to rinse your lashes every time you shower, and after every use of eye make-up. Preferably with the cleansing products I recommend for lash extensions. Pat dry with a paper towel or a lint free cloth.
Do not use any oil-based products around your eyes. Only use water-based eye make-up remover (oil free).
Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler and waterproof mascara on your lash extensions.
Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes.

-Lash Lift
Avoid excess hot water or steam on lashes for the first 24 hours
Avoid shampoo, make-up, un-approved conditioners, un-approved make up removers, creams, eye serums on the lash/eye area for 24 hours.

-Brow Henna
Keep your brows dry and product free for the first 24 hours for the best result.
